Unnatural haircolors such as pink, blue & green are unacceptable in the workforce ,but how about

a dark complected person who colored their hair bright blonde ?

Technically blonde is a natural haircolor , it just may not be a natural haircolor for a dark person .

You could say that there is no black and blonde answer to this. I personally think that what ever colour a person is, it is their right to choose what hair colour they want and its nobody Else's business. Why shouldn't anybody be allowed to look different rather than a clone of everyone else?

Yeah it does look a little bit unnatural, but some people can pull it off nicely. And like you said, it IS a natural color, so no one can technically complain

if you'll look like your picture then don't do it. it looks weird.

That could work because they didn't say what skin colour could have blonde hair right?

i think some darker skinned people can pull it off. But if its that orangy-not bleached right hair, it doesnt look right

hm, i personally dont really like it, i mean, it looks kinda trashy, but on some people, it looks ok. its just rather unnatural-looking.

My opinion when a women of color colors their hair blond it makes their complexion look ashy. It is not a good look at all. But again that's my opinion.
