I have this pink temporary dye (Manic Panic) that lasts 1 month apparantly, lol, and it's pink. "MOST" of it is either very very light, or gone, but in some areas is still there, but faded. I was wondering if I could use a darker dye, permanent, and just go over this with that. It's very dark, like the box says dark mahogany brown, and the picture is pretty dark.
Also would it be better if I use a lightening kit, not bleach but a lightening dye, to lighten it out, would this be better? And lol don't worry this is done by a family member whom is a professional and won't kill me :-)

If you want to go darker, then go for it. If it doesnt turn out the way you want it, do it again in a day. thats what ive done before and i still have all my hair.

you need to remove the pink before adding another color if not that hair will turn a green/gray mucky color. Either bleach it out or go get it professionally done have them do a filler on it. good luck
