DONT ROLL IT UP LIKE A HOT TONG!!!!!! it is bad for your hair and give you a terrible old school curl. Start from the back underneath section of hair take a small section (the smaller the section the more curl you get, the bigger the section will give a more wavy look) twist from the top of the section twisting downward making sure the iron points down at all times in a vertical position. . you can also mix up the curl by starting at the top and bring the iron up and out still in a vertical section dragging downward this makes the curls look more natural cos there not all going the same way. Hope that makes sense!!!

do it as if you are straightening your hair but when you get to the bottom before you take it of, roll it up to create curls

"rolling the hair from the bottom" will basically damage your hair, as the heat will be on there 2 long, but every1 has there own way of doing it.

i start at the top of the section of hair, and as you would normally just slide the iron down, to curl it just twist the iron. Practice makes perfect!

Its quite hard 2 explain without showing you. so try look it up on "youtube"

Remember 2 always use heat protective spray.

if you have the ones where there rounded at the edge they work best!

section the hair off and start at the roots. clamp the straightener and do a 360 degree turn, then slide the straightener down slowly.

you can also go on the ghd website, they have a video of how to do this and explain it much better!

i used the instructions the other day and did mine for a party, looked great!
