i buy pink hair mascara you put it in they you wash it out and i just put that on everday so if you decide you want blue insted you wash the pink out then put blue in.

I like mainc panic, it fades less than punky color and is pretty bright even w/o bleaching your hair first . . but if you have dark hair youre gonna have to bleach to see it . . .
