The pink section is one block of hair that is underneath the longer blond fringe. After the hair is bleach blond, you carefully pick a section and on damp hair very carefully apply the pink. You must rinse this upside down in the sink so it does not run through the other hair. Also use a very heavy conditioner in the other hair so the pink does not accidentally get into the other hair while it is processing. Best of luck.
