I can understand wanting a nose ring.

I can understand wanting to wear underwear up your butt.

I can understand getting a tattoo.

I can understand wearing pink hair.

I can understand LOTS of things teens in all generations do to be different.

I do not understand wearing pants you have to hold up with your hands when you walk around.

Will someone please explain it. Someone who does this.. wears pants that would fall to their knees if they didnt hold them.
