I have very light blonde hair [bleached], and I plan on making my bangs striped....how would I go about doing this?
How to do blonde/pink coonstripes?
If you want them pink
just get a tub of manic panic
hot hot pink or cotten candy pink
and i tint brush
and all you need to do is draw lines on them
I've done them before and its really easy to do.
