Yeah, but the front pieces should be a lighter blonde- the girl in the picture you posted has kind of piss-yellow highlights that aren't very appealing.

I think it would look good on you. Keep in mind though you will need to use some product to give it volume and either blow it out and/or flat iron it to give it that very straight appearance.
