I can't think of the name of a cartoon....?

I used to watch a cartoon many years ago on tv (In Australia- QLD)...and i would love to find the name out of it, i just can't remember. I'm 22 now, so it would have been at least 15 years ago probably.

I think they used to look like little troll dolls with long coloured hair but in cartoon/animated form. I think one of them was known as the baby of the group with i think light pink hair and her name may have been Cupcake or something. I also think there was the main female one who was like the princess of the group with reddish hair and i think her name was Leila (pronounced Layla (i think)) and she used to get around with the main male one and i think he had blue hair. They looked sort of like little humans, i.e., 2 legs, 2 arrms, faces, hair, feet, etc, and they would talk....but that's all i can remember!

I would appreciate any help at all.
